Good morning all from Davos. We're fueling up at the Kaffee Klatsch, on Promenade 72, one of the favorite morning and afternoon haunts for the WEF attendees. The wifi and coffee is strong. Follow along with us today as we take you behind the scenes and bring you exclusive footage.

Badges? We don't need no stinkin badges! Well, actually we do, they're pretty much required to get into the exclusive areas here where the dignitaries and heads of state are meeting and paneling. Felix Salmon breaks down what kind of badge you need to get to where you want to go.

The Occupy movement "is a reminder to the leaders of finance and industry at the World Economic Forum of the resentment that is leading to questions about the future direction of capitalism," write Reuters correspondents Emma Thomasson and Ben Hirschler.
The need for 'better capitalism' seems to be one of the main themes being discussed during the early days of Davos 2012. Read the full story by my colleagues here. -
