Apple announces what many believe will be the technology giant’s plans to transform the textbook industry.

I'm sure it's great with all the bells and whistles.. but if it isn't cost effective for the consumer, it will go unnoticed

the way ipads are going, forget purchasing textbooks and then a laptop just buy an ipad and you're good to go in school

When iPads first came out, a fellow from Apple told me that it was about education, to do exactly this and much more, enabling distance learning and collaborative learning. Very exciting
